Hi, I’m Kelly, and I hit rock bottom five years ago.

Juggling a toddler, a job I despised, the weight of mom expectations, and my hubby, Matt’s, demanding 24-hour firefighter shifts, all while battling infertility for our second child and struggling with my weight, left me drained and defeated.


Despite doing everything by the book to be the ideal mom and wife, I found myself
resenting my family, feeling disconnected from myself, and utterly exhausted.

I believed that sacrificing my needs was part of the motherhood deal and admitting otherwise was a sign of weakness.

I knew something had to change.

Finally, I had a raw conversation with Matt, admitting that I didn’t recognize the person I had become and I had to do something about it.

It was a turning point.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to rediscover myself and show up for my family as the best possible version of myself.

Surprisingly, the key was putting myself first again—taking time for myself, prioritizing my health, focusing on what lights me up, and finding joy in everyday moments.

Through this journey, I’ve learned a crucial lesson:
I can only give what I already have.

It hasn’t been easy, but it has changed everything.

Now, armed with personal experience and professional coaching training, I’m here to guide you on your own journey to reclaiming your life.

👩‍⚕️ I went to college for eight years for my doctorate to become a pharmacist.

🎓 I am trained through the Co-Active Coaching Training Institute, the world’s largest and highest-acclaimed coach training organization.

🫶 I’m obsessed with peonies, mojitos, and The Mel Robbins Podcast.

😵‍💫 I can’t meditate for the life of me.

🧁 If I couldn’t have dessert, I wouldn’t want to live.
